Rush Cataloging Video Request Form

UWF faculty and students may priority request DVDs and Videos to expedite processing. These are DVDs and Videos with a designation of “in process” in the online catalog. Filling out this form will place your DVD/Video toward the front of the list to be cataloged, and you should receive your DVD/Video within 5 working days.

A confirmation of the request will be sent by e-mail within one business day. (You may contact the Circulation Department if you do not receive the confirming E-mail message.)
