Recall Request Form

UWF faculty, students, and staff may request that items be recalled for their use. Unless needed for course reserve, all patrons have exclusive rights to a checked out item for 28 days. After those 28 days have passed, another UWF affiliate may request the item.

NOTE: With our new Library Catalog you may now submit your Recall Requests directly through the catalog. See our guide to Using the Library Catalog for more details. If you have difficulty with the process, please use the form below.

Notification

A confirmation of the request will be sent by E-mail within one business day. (You may contact the Circulation Department if you do not receive the confirming E-mail message.)

Requesters will be notified by E-mail when the items are available. Items will be held for seven days at the Circulation Desk of the library you select in the form below.
