Intercampus Loan Article Request Form

Introduction

UWF faculty, students, and staff may use this form to request copies of articles through Intercampus Loan. Intercampus Loan provides access to those UWF-owned materials not currently available at the requestor's primary library, whether this is the John C. Pace Library or the Fort Walton Beach Campus Library.

Qualifying Factors

• This form is only for materials owned by the UWF Libraries. If you need materials that are not owned by the UWF Libraries, you should use Interlibrary Loan.
  
  
• A valid UWF Nautilus Card number is required.
  
  
• Requests are processed during week days. The average time for receipt of materials is 24 to 48 hours.

Notification

Requestors will be notified by e-mail when the items are available. If you have not received a response within five working days, call 850-474-2411 in Pensacola or 850-863-6576 in Fort Walton Beach.
